Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our web site by osdcs.com (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Limited usage granted:
   Your membership grants you rights to use the products on your own, or your companies own website. If you wish to use a product on a client site or for a 3rd party, you should purchase a new license.
2. Modifications:
   You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header or the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the front end of your website if needed.
3. Unauthorized use:
   You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from osdcs.com. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
4. Updates:
   All products are always designed for the latest version of Joomla 1.0.x and Joomla 1.5.x and any other CMS specified at the time of purchase, but we can give no guarantee, that the product will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Users may use the forum to address any issues related to software versions.
5. Assignability:
   You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from osdcs.com.
6. Ownership:
   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of osdcs.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of, inability to use or functional problems of any of our products. In protecting our intellectual propperty, we reserve the right to encode using ioncube, iono, zend or whatever other means necessary in order to protect our product base. Therefore, your system MUST be able to support ioncube, zend, iono, or whichever encodig system we choose to use.
7. Use of Content:
   You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
8. Refund policy:
   Since osdcs.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site. Although refuunds will be issued at the descression of the osdcs.com administrators. If you have purchased your product via 2checkout, you can request your refund via them however.
9. Support:
   Osdcs.com offers these products ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish/expect or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. A private members-only forum is available to customers who have purchased products. Osdcs.com does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
10. Privacy policy:
    We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you..
